When I posted that comment, I managed to mix up the map in the OP and [this](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2a/Europa_by_Pomponiusz_Mela_1st_century.jpg) map from elsewhere in the thread. My post about Codanovia was directed at that one. On the map I was looking at Iuverna is called Juverna and is clearly Ireland. Someone else gave an explanation for the connection.
In [this HQ version of the OP map,](http://de.academic.ru/pictures/dewiki/75/Karte_Pomponius_Mela.jpg) you can also see someplace marked Codanus Sinus, and just underneath you can make out Codanovia Insula. I believe this is either Norway, Sweden, Denmark or possibly Gotland. What do you think?
Ninjaedit: In the map from the thread, Codanovia looks quite a lot like Norway + Sweden.
